Great for family group but needs repairs and modifications
Positive: Size of home, roomy bedrooms. Well equipped and lots of cooking utensils. Spare fridge outside was handy.
Negative: Shower over bath with moving glass panel - dangerous for our elderly grandparents. Only walk-in shower is upstairs. Stairs have no handrail and are unsafe. Elderly could not climb stairs - it was too unsafe even with using walking stick.
Upstairs sofa-bed leather upholstery was delaminating and in terrible condition and was absolutely filthy underneath.
Outdoor deck has an area of rotted sub-floor timbers and decking was loose and dangerous. Unsafe for little grandchildren.
