Positive: So very well-appointed. Bed linen high threadcount cotton. Beds were soo comfy! Pantry minimally stocked, but with most essentials, but unexpected and welcome. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge = bliss in 35 degree temps outside. Close to RSL. Dog-friendly, with surrounding Colorbond fencing, but a couple of gaps where our 2 small doggies escaped, but used pot plants to block holes. Managers/Owners readily available throughout stay. Nice outdoor patio seating 6, with on-table hooded BBQ. Off site parking with garage behind the house , but door height only just allowed our Prado in with roof rack on top. Visiting guests need to know to not park in lane way, otherwise they'll have a notice on their windscreen from (unrightly) disgruntled neighbours along the lane. Highly recommended! Negative: Gaps under Colourbond fencing allowing small dogs to 'escape'.

We had a lovely comfortable stay. Positive: The house was lovely, full of character and really beautifully presented with everything we could want.

Absolutely delighted with how clean the house was. Very impressed. Positive: Cleanliness 10/10 Thoughtfulness of the fit out and small touches to make the stay so welcoming and comfortable. Negative: The outdoor setting was a bit dusty and needed a wipe down. It didn’t bother us though, because we didn’t need to use it.
